The club facilities and Pro-shop are located at the rear of the neo-classical style, Camperdown House, built 1828, which is situated in Camperdown Park, Dundee.
The park is named after the victory of Admiral Adam Duncan over the Dutch navy in 1797 at the Battle of Kamperduin.
The park is also home to around 200 different species of tree, a wildlife centre, tennis courts, boating pond and picnic areas.
Club members play on the Camperdown golf course, run by Dundee Council.
This magnificent 6548 yard, par 71, championship course, provides a testing challenge, with tight, undulating fairways.
In particular the 3rd and 11th, where the distance between the 80 feet high trees, cannot be anymore than 20 yards.
Out of bounds, plays a big part on two holes, the 6th where an errant left tee shot, can easily see the ball roll onto the road and three off the tee.On the 16th, a wayward slice can see your ball end up in the wolf enclosure.
There are four par 3`s, each requirng a different approach, the 7th, a 3 wood might be the club to reach the green 218 yards away.
The club house with it`s stunning features offers a fully stocked bar and the kitchen provides everything from filled rolls, breakfasts and 3 course meals( book in advance).
The club professional stocks leading brands and Camperdown Golf Club merchandise. Lessons are bookable by appointment.
