Welcome to the Britain`s smallest Professional Golf Shop
Roddy Brown is Camperdown`s resident golf Professional.
Having started his golfing career teaching in Sweden. Roddy, now celebrates his 30th year, at Camperdown Golf Club.
This by anyone's standards is some achievement, considering the easy access to buying and tuition, now available online. But what this modern technology lacks is the personal touch.

On entering Roddy`s shop you will receive a warm welcome, the possibility of a cup of tea, a good blether and honest advice.
In fact Roddy likens his shop to having the old traditional, Corner Shop character. Golfers know they can pop in here for anything from, plasters for blisters to hangover cures.
Also Roddy probably has Britain`s smallest golf shop, but the size of the shop does not detract from the amount of stock carried. Most well known brands are sold, along with the Camperdown Golf Club logo merchandise.

As previously mentioned Roddy started his golfing career in Sweden. This experience has throughout the years been to the benefit of the juniors at the club. These juniors are now adults and playing at the lower end of the handicap scale and are now regularly representing the club in national and local competitions.
Today's youngsters are no different and they are tutored most weekends during the warmer months. Classes of 30 are not uncommon, with ages ranging from 4-16.
Adults, beginning golf or are in need of few adjustments to their game, are also welcomed by Roddy.
